“Wow! our new Oakdene roof is amazing, the workmanship and dedication to detail are second to none. The whole Oakdene team went above and beyond, from Jill and Adam who gave weekly updates and were there the whole time. To the wonderful work done by Andy and Jude, they were just great guys and the attention to detail whilst building the roof was exceptional, the Plasters who put the finishing touch to the roof thanks guys. Thank you to you all at Oakdene I would recommend you 100%”

“The Oakdene team have been excellent. Very responsive and courteous at all times. They took time to understand what we wanted to do and came up with a clear proposal of how to replace our very large 20-year-old lean-to polycarbonate roof with a lightweight slate solution based on a timber frame. The work was done in about 7 working days and the work is to a high standard. We are very pleased with the result, and would happily recommend Oakdene for any similar project. No pictures yet - it's over to us for the redecoration and furniture moving. Having done some of the decorating during the 40C days we have had recently I can say that the difference in temperature that we have due to the fully insolated roof vs the old one is a revalation. Looking forward to seeing a similar effect in the depths of winter so we can make use of this space all year round.”

“The whole process has been first class from first contact to completion of the work our conservatory now feels a ‘complete’ part of the house. The staff were first class working in very hot weather and completed the job to a high standard.Throughout the process we were kept informed by Jill or Adam as to when the work was to start and answered any queries as the work progressed. We would recommend Oakdene to anybody thinking of having this work done at their home. Thankyou again. John and Michele Johnson”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Great advice on building control and organising SAPS. Excellent workmanship from all of the trades involved. Efficient, clean and tidy. Kept us informed and up to date with each step. Very pleased with the finished product and happy that we decided to have the roof done and to use Oakdene. “From beginning to end I could not fault Oakdene. At the first site visit it was explained how they would build the roof , what materials would be used and the schedule of build. Oakdene also carried out all the planning and building regulations approvals before work commenced. The communication from the office was accurate and able to answer any questions. When the trades got on with the new roof they completed it on time and the quality is outstanding. I work in construction my self and therefore feel able to say I would highly recommend Oakdene to anyone. Outstanding job and a outstanding team.”

“After engaging with several different firms all offering different solutions to replacing our old conservatory roof (size 23sq M) we decided to go with Oakdene, not based on price but on the professional manner & expertise in which we were dealt with by Peter, Jill & Adam. Peter visited us and did an extensive survey and offered us solutions we hadn't considered, like building the dwarf walls up. They weren't pushy with the sales pitch which allowed us time to consider the options (unlike some of their rivals) They undertook the work on the date they promised & completed it on time. Andy & the team who did the carpentry work were top-notch, very tidy in the finish & the roof looks amazing. These guys were always helpful & open to answering any questions I had. The plasterers & electrician were also highly skilled, clean & the work was excellent. I have no qualms in recommending this firm for their professionalism, quality of work, excellent Admin and outstanding customer service”

“From the start to the completion the project was handled in a very professional manner. “It has been an absolute pleasure contracting Oakdene for our new conservatory roof. Jill and Adam in the office coordinating and keeping us informed. Peter visiting to explain matters, show materials, take measurements and provide quote. Andy and Elliott doing the fitting with a very high degree of professionalism and attention to detail. “From First contact through to completed job cannot fault Oakdene. Arrived when they said they would, clear terms and conditions and quality of workmanship outstanding. Everyone very clean and tidy - never any mess for us to deal with at the end of a day. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.”

“We found Oakdene very reliable and professional and love our new solid roof. We were kept up to date weekly once a start date had been agreed. Peter met us at the home of one of their previous installations which helped us decide to go with Oakdene and we are very pleased that we did. There were a few unavoidable delays but we were kept informed so it didn't cause an issue. The whole team worked extremely hard to a high standard of work, tidied up after themselves and took pride in their work! We would have no hesitation recommending Oakdene to anyone!”

“We appointed Oakdene to replace our existing polycarbonate conservatory roof with a solid timber , tiled roof with 2 velux windows as we were impressed with Peter on his initial quotation visit . He explained the process clearly and offered us the chance to visit an existing customer's home to see the finished result which helped with our final decision. Adam & Jill in the office did a good job keeping us fully informed on developments prior to the commencement of work and throughout the process. The work carried out by Andy and Jude was outstanding with Andy also managing the entire replacement in a very efficient manner. The plasterers Steve & Russell also did an excellent job as did Simon the electrician . We are delighted with the completed work and would have no hesitation in recommending Oakdene in the future. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent service from start to finish, professional and well balanced advice and a fair price. “This is one of the best companies we have dealt with, workmanship was first class with no problems so far, there were unavoidable delays but we were kept informed on a regular basis, as to when work would start.
