"Utterly delighted with my new Nucrete garage. The guys came down from Bradford (to Stafford) but were still here and ready to start before 10am. Everything was up and ready within about 4 hours and that included cleaning up (with a jet washer) after them. An excellent service by all involved which I can heartily recommend."

"I cannot recommend Nucrete highly enough. The whole service from start to finish has been second to none. Sharon is knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. We have had multiple issues with where our garage was going to be sited (new build park home) Sharon has helped us all the way. Sharon responded promptly to any emails and was always on the end of the phone. We even had to change our garage size, nothing was too much trouble. We were never made to feel like an inconvenience. We were kept updated regarding delivery (it was due during a huge storm). The installation team were fantastic, very helpful and polite. 10\/10 Nucrete. Thank you! "

“Amazing! After having our garage scheduled for March, and then being let down by the person due to do our garage base, Sharon was so helpful and allowed us to move it to May. “The whole ‘garage acquisition’ process has gone very smoothly. Sales Manager Sharon went out of her way to answer my countless questions and deal with my requests to ‘customise’ the garage so as to make best use of my site. Nothing was too much trouble for her - thank you Sharon. The documentation needed/supplied was straightforward and quickly (and painlessly!) dealt with. Nucrete’s flexibility was demonstrated when the dreaded covid-19 delayed the start and completion of the concrete base; they were able to postpone the delivery and installation of the garage without any drama. A big relief! In spite of some typically Wild West Wales weather, two Nucrete builders arrived on the dot at 8.00am; unloaded the garage components from a very big lorry...and then worked continuously for the bigger part of the day to build it....stopping only for a regular top up of tea and coffee from yours truly! The builders were very helpful and friendly; like Sharon, they are really good ambassadors for Nucrete. The completed garage is everything I’d hoped for. It’s situated in a small village and has received nothing but ‘thumbs up’ from the residents! My thanks to everyone at Nucrete....10 out of 10! Best wishes and stay safe, David.”

“Sharon at customer service communicated very well during the ordering stage. I had a quote from Hanson garage and Sharon beat their offer by a small margin. On the installation day two guys came and done the work swiftly and neatly. They did forgot to bring cement fillet that I requested though but they explained how I can do it easily myself. The main reason I chose Nucrete is that they only require payments after the install, which is a hard NO for a lot of other companies. I would recommend Nucrete to others.”

“So glad I shopped around and found Nucrete. Very responsive communication by web chat/phone/email and post. As I cleared site and had base installed, several changes were need to the original design. These were all handled efficiently and without fuss. The only improvements I could suggest would be to add some missing details to their website and review some of the literature/website to ensure consistency. Delivery was on time and installation was quick and efficient. All staff were pleasent and efficient, especially their main customer facing rep Sharon. Other companies could do well to follow their example.”

Thank you Graham for the great review and comments and i am sorry for that some of the information on our website is showing some different spec, unfortunately due to the pandemic and shortages we have had to make some subtle changes to some spec if we have been unable to get the advertised item. We do try to supply exactly what we say and where we can we give plenty of notice to allow you to accept or reject the change of spec. “What a really splendid company to buy from! Sharon was ever helpful and if she didn't know the answer to a question, she'd say so, but get the answer and be back to me very shortly, so for customer service you can't get better than that. The available space for my garage was pretty severe, so with Sharon, I worked through with the design, while Covid raged on around us, and came out with the best value for money, and an excellent product, well emphasised by all the complementary remarks from all my neighbours! The construction was performed with practised precision and went by in a blur, and all my designed in features appeared just as per the plan with no omissions. So I couldn't recommend Nucrete more highly, for a great service and a great product.”
