“Our card machines ran into a problem earlier today. Fozia, on her day off, went above and beyond to ensure we had a replacement card machine within 90 minutes of first speaking to her. Saturdays are the busiest days in the week for us - we would have had to close if we did not receive the service that was provided by Fozia today. An asset to her team. Thank you 😊”

“I just received my terminal and I called Novus pay to help set it up. I spoke to Fozia and she provided such amazing customer service. She was patient with me and walked me through every step. I have another terminal coming for my other business and she sent me through set up documents so that I could set it up when it comes. I told her that we were interested in the POS system in the future and she gave me great advice and options that have just come out. I will definitely reach out to Fozia when we are ready to set the POS system. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would highly recommend this Novus pay to other vendors Wishing you all the best and will DEFINITELY be a returning customer and will recommend to all my colleagues.”
