"Had to cancel holiday 7 months beforehand (5 mths ago). We knew we would lose our 390 pound deposit but shocked to be told this week that we may have to pay the balance of the holiday if it isn't relet. Very unfair considering, unknown to us, they kept booking in place by accident and only realised this week when they asked for balance 8 wks before original booking, that they had failed to remove it. When we reminded them we cancelled, they said we emailed the owner direct and this didn't count. They are still claiming we will have to pay the balance, even though I read the initial contract again and it does not say that they can do this. Shocking!!! Don't book with this company without holiday insurance. Very unreasonable!"
