“We’ve worked with Nomad Cases for a number of years now, and they’ve become one of those suppliers who genuinely feels more like an extension of our own team than an outside contractor. The projects we send them are rarely straightforward. We build bespoke display models and replicas for exhibitions around the world, often involving unusual shapes, delicate components and high-value pieces that need properly thought-out protection. Zac and Tom are always responsive, helpful and happy to get involved with the technical side — suggesting practical solutions, working through awkward details and helping us arrive at the right case rather than simply building whatever we first ask for. The quality is consistently excellent too. We’ve had everything from smaller foam-lined cases through to large wheeled flight cases with custom inserts and partitions. They always look professional and stand up well to repeated exhibition use and international transport. Paula is also brilliant on the admin and communication side — friendly, organised and always easy to deal with. What we particularly value is the personal service. Picking up the phone to Nomad often feels more like calling another department within Model Products than contacting an external supplier. They know us, they understand the sort of work we do, and there’s always a real willingness to help when deadlines are tight or we’re trying to solve something slightly unusual. Great people, great service and great quality. We trust them with the cases protecting work that has often taken our team weeks or months to produce, which probably says everything. Very happy to recommend Zac, Tom, Paula and the whole Nomad team.”
