“The link was sent and cannot be scanned for a virus so it cannot be downloaded. I was promised a new email with a dropbox link and that was three days ago and still nothing, no one replies to my email seems this is a CON”

Dear Kate, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I sincerely apologize for the frustration you've encountered regarding the link and the delay in receiving a new email link. It's clear that some how communication and support may have been delayed yesterday and I understand how disappointing this must be for you. We have clearly mentioned in your email that the installation may be confusing for those who don't have a great understanding of windows, and seeing since all you need to do, is click "download anyway" I can understand if you have got this wrong. Please note: By default! Google Drive CANNOT scan a file which is 2GB and above. You will need to click the button which says "Download Anyway" . If you would like to scan it with your own anti virus once downloaded, you may do so.
