“Delicious shortbread, but the box is twice the size of the biscuit so I felt a bit ripped off on opening it!”

I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed with the amount of shortbread in your box. How very strange — New Forest Shortbread is always packed into boxes that were designed to fit exactly eight chunky, round pieces. I’ve been conscious from the very beginning of not disappointing my customers, which is why each batch is freshly baked, sealed into a bag on the same day, and packed tightly to ensure it travels well and reaches you in perfect condition. The shortbread may look simple, but a great deal of care goes into every step — from the baking to the boxing. I hope that helps explain the size and quantity, but I do appreciate your feedback and am always listening.

“Lovely buttery and short shortbread and I am fussy about my shortbread, can recommend the quality. I really loved most of the flavours I tried except the texture of the earl grey. Overall lovely product good quality lovely taste packaged well so very nice for a gift. I would be happy to receive! A little expensive for regular use for me as the size of biscuits is small (compared to mine) and postage is also expensive too much for me for regular purchase although I think there was a discount postage voucher for the next order which would help. I had a raffle prize voucher towards the cost which was lovely but it didn’t cover the cost of one box and I ended up buying 3 boxes so it ended up being quite a lot. I did enjoy them though and would recommend.”

“I absolutely love the early grey flavour of the cookies, chocolate was good too with a subtle hint of cocoa. Personally, I didnt enjoy coffee flavour in the cookies because butter and coffee does not taste like a good combination to me. All my family and friends enjoy these cookies, all in all very happy with my order! Thanks”

“The shortbread is fabulous. The delivery service let us down sadly. Fortunately the owners of the Company rescued the situation but Evri!!! The owners have proved they care about their customers and personally delivered the shortbread. Thank you. I am recommending you to anyone who has a sweet tooth1”
