“Marshmallows were excellent love the rhubarb and custard ones definitely taste the flavour of them creme egg ones were really good but didn't get taste of the creme egg flavour but would definitely buy again as absolutely love marshmallows especially with flavours through them”
“Disappointed with the quality. Tasty. But mostly squashed and not the uniformed squareness that is advertised. Even though the posting box and outer packaging were all in tact. Obviously an issue with packing. Bought for a mother's day celebration and left disappointed. I contacted their customer service to highlight the poor quality. They initially replied but since ignored the issue any further with no further replies.”
“The marshmallows were ok. The service however was awful! After not receiving my order in the time they specified they said they had issues with something- the company should have messaged me to say they were having an issue and order would be late. I had to chase a further 2 times. No compensation was offered for this disastrous customer service”

Unfortunately our jack russell ate the lot so I can't vouch for flavour (the dog was ok).”
“I ordered a couple of flavours to try and sadly didn't really enjoy them. The Churros ones were incredibly strong in flavour which was a bit disappointing and the cream egg ones were more like mini eggs, just hard crunchy pieces of chocolate and sugar shell in the mallow. I might try some other flavours but not overly impressed yet.”
“Absolutely delicious marshmallows. Hadn’t had in a few years and had a craving. Ordered a variety of reduced packets from the winter flavours and the classic vanilla and salted caramel. Every flavour was absolutely gorgeous. I shared them out with friends and they were all really impressed and wanting to buy some also.”
“The order was severely delayed, with zero communication despite multiple attempts. It was only when I went to my bank to initiate a charge back that my order was released. The marshmallows and toasting kit were good but not good enough to overlook the appalling customer service. I get that these are handmade marshmallows but you provided a shipping timeframe, if you can't meet that you must be communicative with your customers, many of us would have been understanding. In a world where auto replies exist this wasn't acceptable.”
