“The order took much longer than expected to arrive. I had to contact the company to establish delivery timeframe. It’s a lot longer than advertised, as each batch of Marshmallows are freshly made. Once this was explained all was fine. And delivered in time for the Advent count down.”
“I ordered 5 advent calendars and burners. Unfortunately 2 of the burners were empty so I emailed Naked Marshmallow but got no reply. I then rang and was told that they would send out replacement burners. It is now the 20th December and no burners have been received.
Advent calendars are good but customer service lets them down.”
