I wasn't particularly happy with the product overall. I contacted the company for a replacement as thought my original one was faulty but actually the second one was the same - doesn't spray very well. Customer service was excellent at communicating.

I've been buying from this company for a few years now. The prices are competitive and l find he set up of the website filters are quite good, allowing to filter out products by organic, phthalate free etc. A couple of my orders have "gone wrong", either incorrect product or damaged delivery but the customer service is excellent, correcting issues very quickly. Happy to recommend.
