“I am happy with the service I received. I would have liked to be told I needed to tell you the imei or meId before you shipped the sim in the instructions. If I hadn't responded to the email, I feel I might still be waiting for it. And fyi, the H/M/D on the box was actually the same as the number I found following your instructions - which I thought I needed to activate the phone before I could follow them. So something I thought should take 4 or 5 days took close to 2 weeks. Plus the phone was under a 30 day warranty; so the timing mattered to me in this case.
