“I was disappointed with the course duration. The description stated 3 hours, but it is only 80 minutes. When I asked, I was told that the 3 hours include my review time and the evaluation. Training websites never include that time in the stated duration; the hours usually refer to the study material itself, so this came as a surprise. Very expensive for 80 minutes.”

Helpful Report

We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the course duration, Leticia. We use three hours as the stated learning time because this reflects the amount of time we believe users can reasonably spend engaging with our courses. This includes watching the videos, reading the reference document, and completing the test of understanding. It is rare for users to complete the courses based solely on the video duration, but we do appreciate your feedback and will certainly take it on board.
