All printed with incredible detail, and rarely needing any cleanup of small stray supports. The webite is easy to navigate and not overly-complicated, the tags are a great way to quickly find certain types of minis, or certain creators if you like a particular style. The shipping is very quick, with a very reasonable free shipping minimum amount, and the minis always come in foam and bubble wrap completely preventing any damage. Their double sided packing boxes are also great to keep for organising your collection! The customer service is fantastic, they are always happy to chat about custom pieces and other ideas over email, and take a genuine interest in their customers campaigns and work!
