“I contacted MitzNSimz to ask them to make 100 miniature hellhounds for an author's Kickstarter campaign. Pete was so helpful - he turned the models round in record time for us (we were up against a deadline). The models were very securely packed, and all arrived in excellent condition (and they all looked fantastic!). Some extra models were included, just in case. Pete advised me of the right materials for sticking the models to the bases, and for spraying them with a coat of primer. “Exceptional customer service. I regularly order custom pieces based off the vast range available on the website. Changes to size, slight alterations to dimensions etc are all catered for. Also offered to print files located from other providers. Print quality is very high, the highest from any service I have found thus far. Wonderful and responsive customer service, and very good postage/delivery time given everything appears to be printed at time of order. I have always received my orders at around a week after first placing the order. I am a miniature painter and model maker in the UK- the prints are of a high enough standard for only minor ‘tidying up’ required for them to be competition standard.”

“The service was fantastic. They asked me before the print if I wish to align the scaling of different minis from different artists. Printing was fast. I am happy the quality of the minis. Prices for the minis were fair and I got a discout plus one extra minis for free. Packaging was good. Everything arrived undamaged. Shipping from UK to Germany was also fairly priced and fast with tracking.
