They duly agreed and the item was delivered on Thursday.\r\n\r\nUnboxed and plugged in, was cool within 30mins, left on for 3 hours and then unplugged\u2026left lid closed for several hours and when opened, the inside was still cool.\r\n\r\nExcellent purchase and will be using time and time again."

I'd never heard of this company so was a bit wary of ordering but the service was great, made contact via email for tracking info and received a quick response with it.
