“Great product, terrible after sales service. I tried to purchase more products, had some questions & was told I could call 24 hours later! Questions which could have been answered in a 5 minute phone call took 30 mins and back & forth via email/livechat. So frustrating so didn't purchase anything else apart from the original product.”

“Fantastic and easily navigated website. Excellent communication. Reliable service and delivery - thankfully using Postal Delivery rather than EVRi (I would not have ordered if EVRi was courier). Product is lovely - quality and aesthetic appearance beautiful. Ordered for my daughter's 40th Birthday to pass on all of her 'bits' ie Birth bracelets, weight cards, immunisation cards, Christening cards and Christening Gown etc. my daughter was so delighted she plans to order one for each of her own daughters.”

“We are delighted with the case. Our Granddaughter is only tiny but we wanted something well made and leather that would last. I hope she will use it through her childhood to keep her special things in. It is a beautiful case well made and the addition of her initials makes it personal. Thank you very much. “Great communication and Alison was such a wonderful person to deal with. She went over and beyond to help with my request and replied to all my emails. This is my 2nd purchase, the first was in 2022 for my 1st grand daughter. I am most pleased with the memory case, good quality finish and t was beautifully packed. Delivery was prompt, it was within 2 days of me placing the order. I would highly recommend Meminio to anyone looking to purchase a memory keepsake...I can assure you you will not regret it!1🙌🙌🙌”
