“Mark's presentation was gripping. Whilst an around the world yacht race is different to running an office team, the approach required to deliver the results is the same. Mark draws these parallels in an interesting, engaging and informative way. I took a lot from the presentation and would welcome the chance to engage in future.”

It worked an absolute treat - Mark’s story landed the leadership messages we needed- empower others to act, own your shadow, the importance of psychological safety, team values, vision and resilience.
