“Recently, I was in the audience for a keynote speech by Mark that impressed me more than I can say. On the one hand, I was fascinated by the sailing event, where in some cases completely inexperienced sailors embark on an adventure that could even cost them their lives if they don’t have a good skipper or leader. Mark vividly demonstrated how to build a team, recognize the skills of team members, strengthen them, and deploy them strategically. At the same time, his self-criticism regarding mistakes and missteps during the trip showed that even as an experienced leader, you must constantly reflect on yourself and openly seek feedback in order to learn from it. @Mark: Your keynote was truly inspiring and motivating at the same time.”
