“I ordered a 20x30 piece of art work. It is a beautiful picture, but I immediately noticed how light weight it was. The frame does not feel like a quality wood frame, but instead feels like plastic. It does look very pretty on the wall, but should not cost anywhere near the $900 they charge. As someone who buys art from a gallery, this is not the quality I have gotten at a custom frame shop and expected more.”

“I really loved this print, but upon arrival I was very disappointed. It shipped quickly, and arrived in good condition. However, the digital canvas print itself looks very cheap! The amount I spent for this picture I expected a better quality. There is no texture and the ink coverage on the canvas appears thin and spotty. I was very underwhelmed! Because it is considered a custom framed print, there is no returns. It’s a waste of $600+ and I’m not even sure it will be hung unless I find a low light area for it to fill. Disappointing.”
