“I HAVE NEVER MADE A CLAIM BEFORE AND AFTER A FALL I GOT IN CONTACT WITH MACKRELL & THOMAS FROM MY FIRST PHONE CALL I KNEW I WOULD BE LOOKED AFTER THE YOUNG LADY ON THE PHONE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WOULD BE DONE AND EVERY OTHER PERSON I CAME IN CONTACT WITH ALWAYS EXPLAINED EVERY STEP THEY DEAL QUICKLY AND EFFICENTLY WITH MY CLAIM . I HOPE I NEVER NEED TO USE THEM AGAIN BUT IF I DID I WOULD DEFINITELY USE MACKRELL & THOMAS AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE .”
