“Kelly has been supporting our daughter for over a year now and I can honestly say that the impact of her support has made a huge difference to her life and wellbeing.
Our daughter was struggling with anxiety, panic and OCD symptoms to the point where it was impacting her daily and stopping her from enjoying all the things that a child should enjoy. Finding Kelly at Mable was the best decison that we could have made. Kelly was so patient, taking time with our daughter to earn her trust and engagement. The difference in her now is really amazing. “We saught out a counsellor for my daughter because she was struggling with friendships at school and also with her confidence , and some anxiety. We selected the therapist together, and chose Vanessa and she has been brilliant. Although my daughter was concerned about doing things on an online platform it was so straight forward and really accessible for a busy household. My daughter enjoyed meeting with Vanessa each week and within a few weeks I could visibly see the difference in how she was coping day to day and also knew that she was being armed with coping strategies that we would discuss. We loved the flexibility too and added on a further few sessions to work specifically on some social anxieties which were really quite enabling sessions for my daughter and armed me with approaches to empower her. I wouldn't think twice about using Mable, and specifically Vanessa again and would highly recommend the service. (My daughter is aged 14 and had never had therapy before).”
