“Charlotte was very approachable and explained the process to me as the parent before counselling sessions started. Son enjoyed the sessions and was able to open up to charlotte and she provided coping mechanisms. He had 8 sessions and seems happier and more able to deal with things that are bothering him. If he needs any further help why won’t hesitate to go back to charlotte for a re-group and assistance.”

“I've noticed a real difference in my daughter since starting her sessions with Julia. She was nervous at first but by the end of the first session she was completely on board. Julia had made the whole process feel comfortable and safe. My daughter now shares what techniques she's learned etc with me and understands why they will help. The biggest 'win' is that she is starting to recognise understand certain behaviours and so feels more in control.
