“Worst experience ever. Firs colour I ordered they wrote to say oh we actually are out of stock; so I say ok use this other color. Then, then didn’t arrive AT ALL. Which was so frustrating because it was for a milestone birthday -would never have the chance to mark that certain birthday again. no one from Love Rose even bothered to answer my emails or calls for 2 days as I was trying to locate the delivery. My advice is that if an event is important to you, DONT use LoveRose.
They eventually refunded my money, but not even a sorry or ‘here’s a coupon) - not that I’d use them again anyway. Appallingly bad.”
