“Have tried ordering this product twice now. !st time it never arrived and had a full refund eventually.
Tried again hopeing this was a one off, resulting in the order not arriving or being fullfilled again.
The problem is I keep messaging for an update and have no reply for some reason.
Have never known a company be so unhelpful. It is just rediculous.”
“My order was late, there is no phone number to contact anyone and the chat option went unanswered. When my order did finally arrive it was packaged poorly and broken. There was no response for your customer services when I sent photos. Couldn't be much worse really could it?”
