“Hi . Only reviewing because I was asked via email from your company. I ordered in November. It is May and I never received the order. I tracked the pkg from China to San Francisco. It was then supposedly sent to my City and State. I waited for it to be delivered to my address. I finally saw it was delivered. I never received the package. I don't know where exactly it was delivered. There was no signature or photo proof. It was definitely misdelivered because I do not have it. Says it was delivered Saturday. Today is Thursday. I reached out to customer service and they responded the within 24 hrs. They said they would reship the package if I wanted the merchandise I paid for. I agreed, because I do want my order. They assured me they will resend my order. I will update accordingly. Again, nothing was shipped, because they do not have any merchandise to ship. 100% scam . The company isn't real. I'm disgusted with scam mentality.”
