“I made an order and after 10 days it had not been sent. I contacted them and was advised there had been a problem, but it wasnt their fault. They gave me a tracking number, which Royal Mail confirmed was fake! Then I was told a second order had been dispatched and I would have it within a couple of days. Nothing arrived. I checked the site and discovered that what I had ordered was actually out of stock. I reached out and was advised my order WAS on the way. As confirmation they provided the SAME fake tracking number. They kept lying and telling me my order was on the way. But it hadn't even been dispatched becaue it was not in stock! They never answer the phone or respond to messages. Then, with no explanation, no apology, i received a refund after nearly 3 weeks. Repeated lies, refusal to acknowledge what was going on, total lack of customer care and time wasters. The most unprofessional, amateur company I have ever purchased from. Avoid like the plague.”

Ordered perfume on 17/11/23 still waiting. Said that I would receive it between 24 to 28 Nov. Have emailed twice and the last reply from my second email stated that I would definitely receive my order between Friday and Sunday 1st to 3 rd December 23. Stating that they were rather busy. Nothing has arrived. Other goods ordered from various companies have arrived in time stated. I’ve noticed that there are a lot of bad reviews on Trust pilot and noticed that there is more than one company name for Look incredible. If I don’t receive my order in next couple of days I am getting in touch with trading standards. I don’t know how they can say Next day delivery”

Very quick to take the money and sent out a confirmation of order, then it looks like they think the job is done.
People are being ripped off here.

I tried to reach them in all possible ways, even through social media, no answer, I stayed for hours on the phone waiting for someone to answer me, more e-mails and nothing, I didn't get any answers, I want a specialist to look over all this scam, I paid GBP 117.98 for two perfumes and I received no response!. “THIS IS A SCAM! I placed an order for Gucci Flora gift set on the 14th Nov with delivery to be between the 20th and 27th Nov. No confirmation of dispatch was received and still today the order is set as 'Unfulfilled'. Needless to day my order never arrived, my queries have been ignored, my requests to cancel also ignored. I contacted AMEX who have refunded me the money and are following up on my behalf based on the reviews here and my experience that this is a scam. DO NO BUY FROM HERE”
