“It would have been good if the request for not shipping samples before 5th January had been explicit at the moment of ordering the kit. I needed the *results* by January 5th, and I would have looked for other options if I had known the situation.”

I'm guessing you make your money because people fail to provide the volume you state is a necessity to undertake tests. I'm relatively healthy and I had all on getting 5-6 drips after exercise. As per your conditions I can't send it because there's not enough blood.”
“Still waiting on results but it is only 3 tests not 4 as incorrectly stated. Free Androgen Index (FAI) is a ratio between 2 of the tests so you can calculate it yourself. Estrogen level would be far better to know but no tests exists for this for men”
“Sent quickly and had an email to say it was recurved. However after four days I still didn’t have any results have emailed and waiting for them to get back to me.”
