“Unfortunately, I have no choice but to give this company the lowest possible rate, because my experience with this company is just awful.
I really wanted their sneakers, I think they're awesome, so I ordered and paid for them. And from there everything went downhill. First, two (2!) weeks after the order was placed, I received a confirmation of shipment. A few hours later I was informed that the item was out of stock and that I will not be able to get the sneakers. I wrote back, confused about my order and received no explanation. Then I checked with Fedex and found that the shipment arrived at the local warehouse in our country, but Loci failed to provide information for delivery, even though I gave them ALL information they needed, they just didn't bother to provide it to Fedex. Then, Fedex returned the package to Loci and their staff apologized and assured me they will resend the package as soon as they receive it. I could see online that the package has been returned to Loci, but they didn't resend it, I just received an email that the item is out of stock and a few days later I received a refund of my payment. This was well over a month from the day of placing the order.
I am deeply disappointed in the company and the extremely unprofessional way they handle their business. I really wanted the sneakers and was looking forward to wearing them, but Loci crossed the line of acceptable behavior so I found myself a pair of sneakers from another company. I'm never buying from Loci again.”

“I have been trying to organise a return so I can swap the shoes for a smaller size. There is no return information in the box and online the system doesn't recognise my order number. I've tried resolving Brian thr online chat forum but I was told 'there's a system problem' so now I'm waiting for someone to get back to me. As of now I have shoes with no information of how to return and swap for a smaller size.

“these shoes have been perfect for me. I quite often get a corn on the side of my small toe and most shoes have a seam that irritates it further, but the Loci's I bought are much more comfortable. I am pretty impressed with how light and how smart they are. Also, I panicked at first after ordering them online cos I didn't get a receipt by email. I decided to quickly cancel the order and emailed the company. The shoes arrived that same day and so I tried them on. They're great. I emailed the company to say it's ok, I got them! I've now worn them for three months and decided to write a review. Brilliant.”
