“Very disappointed, I contacted them about a difference between one shoe and the other by email where I provided a picture of the shoes, also spoke to a person by telephone. I was informed that all shoes are inspected prior to dispatch, had they then they would have seen what I saw.
I returned the shoes for a refund which was dealt with promptly.”
“Continental Europeans, stay away. This shop is geared for British Isles only. No paid return, short time limit to return. Be prepared to pay import tax and re-import taxes for returns. Sad experience.”
