I’ve had to return the lights with a prepaid label provided by customer service but am still awaiting the promised full refund.

I was kept informed of delivery etc. When the bulbs arrived they were in a flimsy Jiffy bag and I could hear a tinkling inside. Sure enough one of the bulbs was completely shattered. I rang a customer service agent who undertook to report it. Meanwhile I used the contact us facility online. A refund was made on 20.8.25.

Sorry to say but the issue is the currier! Bulbs delivered and both smashed. Phoned customer services at Lightbulbs Direct and they sorted a new delivery straight away no hassle whatsoever so that was brilliant unfortunately, next delivery bulbs smashed! I'm now just waiting for a refund, Lightbulbs Direct are easy to contact and speak to but I would recommend they change the delivery company they currently use!

Took my order and payment but emailed me to say out of stock. They gave me the option of waiting or a refund. I have chosen to wait. Have used the company previously and they have been excellent.

The company was professional. Unfortunately the bulbs I ordered arrived broken. However they issued a refund for me.

Delivery extremely slow - advertised as 2-3 working days but when I complained after still not receiving the goods a week later, I was told their contract with Royal Mail has a 15 working day service level. Until my order is more than 15 working days late they will not refund me or deal with replacement! Had they quoted 15 days delivery in the first place I would not have placed the order. Stick with Amazon, far quicker (and cheaper).
