"Our 34 year old conservatory was showing signs of it's age. The hardwood frame was beginning to rot, the french door stuck and the polycarbonate roof leaked periodically. Despite adding some roof insulation it still suffered from temperature extremes. We wanted to keep the existing base but have a solid roof and sought to use a local company. We contacted a number of firms who were either unable or unwilling to fulfill our needs. We visited Lifestyle's showroom in Ilkeston and were very impressed with what they were able to offer. We arranged a home visit and were provided with a quotation and clear outline of what would be provided. At no point was there any pressure to proceed. We asked that the work be carried out and a site survey was arranged. They expressed some concerns about the design but Lifestyle explained solutions. Again there was no pressure to continue if we were not happy with the design. Installation was carried out in two stages. The initial installation took five days and was followed later by the plastering of the ceiling. The installers and plasters were professional throughout and explained all aspects of the work. \r\nWe are extremely pleased with the finished conservatory. It is notably cooler in the heat of summer. All work has been completed to an exceptionally high standard and is guaranteed, it has been checked by independent surveyors to check compliance with building regulations.\r\n\r\nThroughout the process we have been impressed with the professionalism of Lifestyle. No pressure selling, informed at all stages, time lines clear and adhered to, and queries answered promptly. It has been a very pleasing experience and we will not hesitate to use Lifestyle again."
