“we were very pleased with the service we received from Lifestyle Windows. The windows are excellent quality, and the whole experience was positive from start to finish. The workmen were friendly, professional, and worked really well as a team. They kept me updated throughout the installation, were respectful of my home, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I was especially impressed by their work ethic. They worked tirelessly throughout the installation, even in the extreme heat, without ever complaining or cutting corners. Their dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail were evident throughout the job. I would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for high-quality windows and excellent customer service.”

“I cannot recommend lifestyle windows enough. From the first meeting to completion they have been professional friendly and couldn't do enough to make the process smooth and easy. The employees were helpful lovely and cleaned up after themselves. We are so pleased with the finished roof and new windows. The old conservatory was unbearably hot but even in the recent heatwave it comfortable to be in there, a massive difference. A well deserved 5 stars”

“We have had a real roof put onto our existing conservatory, the difference has been huge the room is exactly that now , no longer an after thought it looks stylish and chic . During this incredibly hot weather we have found the space to be now usable and maintains a much better temperature. The work was completed by an excellent team , each stage worked seamlessly to get the job done fast with minimal disruption. Could not be happier !!”

“Had our third project recently completed by Lifestyle Windows. New composite front door and surrounding frame with side windows. Fitters and tradesmen arrived on schedule and completed within the allocated time frame. It is also worth pointing out that any potential issues were discussed beforehand and that our home was treated with respect! Absolutely delighted with the end result.”

“Had had previous quote from another company but decided to go with Lifestyle Windws and Conservatories. I called into their showroom and they showed me the choices I could have, and the colours. I wasn't rushed. So they came out and measured up and I had UPVC french doors fitted to a shed. As its in the sun (when sun shines!), I was advised to have the brown I wanted on the outside and white on the inside. They work perfectly. The fitters who were very polite even checked I could lock them properly. Well done lads, much appreciated.”

“Brilliant company that puts customer satisfaction as number one priority. Communication is excellent from start to finish including aftercare. We had a tricky problem with our conservatory design but Lifestyle came up with a brilliant solution that has given us a replacement conservatory which is now a pleasure to use. The installation team are thorough and hardworking and very knowledgeable. Can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“From start to finish, Lifestyle have exceeded expectations. In today’s world I have become very cynical that companies try and cut corners and treat customers poorly. I have had such a positive feeling about Lifestyle from the start, no hard sales tactics at all. A short home visit to discuss options with Liz, immediately made me feel easy. I did get other quotes, but “Oh My days” all that did was cement into my mind that Lifestyle were the right choice. I did have to wait for a fit date that suited us all, but this was due to my commitments and Lifestyles busy schedule, which again I took as a positive. The fit was carried out, over 4 days, by 2 polite local guys, I had a smile on my face from the very first window. We had a couple of snags that were highlighted by the fitters, not a problem, they were immediately placed on a schedule to be rectified, also the company agrees you to keep 10% back until entirely satisfied, what company does that? Absolutely outstanding, I would highly recommend. My only suggestion would be to have leading page on the quote. Giving the price breakdown on that page 1, before going into all the other details.”

“Very pleased with our new arch and door. The installers Anthony and Daniel were absolutely lovely, had a slight hick up with the door but this was quickly rectified. So very pleased with the end product.”

“We’ve just had our windows installed by Lifestyle. They are beautiful Roseview windows. From the visiting the showroom, to ordering and the installation Lifestyle have been great, thanks to Chris, Julie, Connor and his Dad. The fitters were very good with attention to detail. “Cannot fault everything about this company, from the initial contact and visit to the showroom, followed by a visit to our house to understand our requirements. This was followed by a full measure and explanation of choices. An agreed fitting date and scaffold erection was completed on time and to an excellent standard. It makes a nice change to deal with a company that delivers quality in all it does. Thankyou”

“From our experience it is rare to find a company that you would not hesitate to recommend, but Lifestyle is one of those companies. We are very happy with the product and fitting but what really stands out is the attitude of the whole team involved. Chris has been quick and fair with communications. The fitting team of Ant and Dan were very polite, clean and clearly cared for the quality of their work. Glynne has been great managing a few snagging issues and Paul fixed the issues efficiently, with a polite attitude. A joy to deal with. Thanks to the Lifestyle team.”

“An absolutely excellent service from initial survey to completion of installation. We had all our front windows replaced which included two challenging bays (wonky brickwork!) They absolutely deserve being a Which? Recommended Provider and will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to others. Nicki and Rich worked so hard even braving the heavy rain to ensure we were watertight in as short a time as was possible - amazing. Love the fresh look it has given to our home and even more delighted that we chose them without the pressure selling other national companies rely on! Robert, Chris and Julie are a great team and it shows through customer service. Everything cleared away, no need to redecorate either :-) A very, very happy customer. Thank you for restoring our faith in double glazing provision.”

“Just had Lifestyle supply and install 13 windows and 3 patio doors as part of a refurbishment to the ground floor of our dormer bungalow. The quote prepared by Liz was very comprehensive and offered a good product that was competitively priced. There were no high pressure selling techniques or ‘special offers’ used to try and promote you into making quick decisions, and no chasing for an answer. If I am honest within the overall refurbishment, the window installation was one of my major concerns but after a very thorough and detailed survey by Dan, including suggestions as to how some of the finishing detail above the patio doors could be improved, I felt a little more confident. The installation team of Nicki and Rich reinforced that view, they were very polite, worked tidily and had a great attitude and work ethic. They were very keen to ensure a good high quality install could be achieved, even when trying to overcome challenges around some questionable original building techniques that had been employed above the dining room window. Finally a quick thanks to Julie for managing the payment reminders and to Chris for always being available to communicate and engage directly with customers. Would I recommend Lifestyle? Without hesitation and the primary reason is that the whole team appear to hold the same values with reference to customer experience and satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations.”

“We were on a tight budget and needed a quick turnaround which Lifestyle were able to accommodate without any upselling which we really appreciated. We especially liked the way the payments were dealt with as it stopped it all going out at once (incremental before and after fitting once happy). Anthony and Daniel our installers were amazing and we will happily have them back one day when it's new window time!”

“Lifestyle once again excelled with their follow up customer service. I had gotten my key stuck in the door and was panicking as I needed to go out. I called Lifestyle for advice on what to do. The response was a just what I needed. “Don't worry let me see what we can do!” They then contacted their repairs man, called me back within 5 minutes and said he would be round shortly to sort it for me. Paul was there in another 5 mins, sorted the problem, got my key out and checked the operation of the door and locking mechanism. Amazing service and saved my day from being a disaster by caring and responding. Thank you”
