“Wanted a loan, my own bank turned me down not because I was asking for the impossible but because of some glitch in the credit reference agencies - they couldn't verify my address despite the fact that we've owned the property for 30+ years. Went to the web and presto, problem solved in an hour, with an easy process to follow to complete the deal. Cost me 16% instead of 6.5% but no matter ... Solved the probem, that's what counts.”
