“I loved my experience on 30th March. Customer service was great, the lady who carried out the piercing was knowledgeable, put me at ease. I WISH the new range was out that weekend though! But on another note - it means I need to come back🤣”

“I had amazing experience at Laura Bond. From the time you arrive you are welcomed, given great advice and made to feel comfortable. My piercer, Lora Rose, was phenomenal and really helped me relax and not feel nervous. I’m already planning my next visit! It’s well worth the higher price tag.”

“I got 3 piercings and my daughter got her first and niece got one too! Was a family affair. The staff at Laura Bond are awesome they all made us feel so welcome. The jewellery is beautiful. Thanks for a great experience.”

“Earrings are beautiful and a far more affordable option than high end pieces, but look just as good. Only issue was that I ordered 2 x 8mm hoops, and one was significantly smaller than the other. I kept both as I was able to use them anyway. Will no doubt be ordering more!”

“Beautiful shop and delightful staff. Replaced price of jewellery from elsewhere which had been lost because of poor quality. Laura Bond pieces are stunning and well designed and have though behind him form a practical/user perspective. I bought a 9ct white gold flower crown climber earring for a helix piercing I couldn’t rate the price or the staff or the service highly enough. I would definitely recommend and I will be back for more jewellery and new piercings too”

“Staff at Laura Bond are lovely. I went in to downsize my flat as I thought it was ready, and to purchase a new earring. Rather than just take the sale of over £100 and downsize me , they honestly told me that it wasn’t ready. Whilst I was disappointed , I was really impressed with their honesty and professionalism. They helped my daughter pick out a new earring for her forward helix, which is gorgeous !!! Happy daughter and I will definitely be back when my flat is ready xxxx”

“I ordered a sleeper earring for my daughter, stupidly I ordered the wrong size by mistake it was tiny 5mm. Didn’t even try it but can’t return so costly mistake on my part.”

“I had a great experience with Sarah doing my flat and daith piercing very friendly and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I will defo be back however I’m not sure why you don’t pierce with 9k I think customers should be given a choice of 9k or 14k.”

We initially pierce with 14k solid gold as there is a higher gold content than in 9k meaning there is less chance of any irritation in a fresh healing piercing (pure gold is hypoallergenic so the more gold content the better for a fresh wound). “A lovely piece, however the bar is just a little too short for my piercing and therefore the gem appears to look embedded. Disappointing, which is a shame as it is beautiful.”

“Had my second fabulous experince at Laura Bond. THis time my friend also acame along and she was blown away with her experince . The staff were again so professional and helpful , giving advice on both earrings, prices, suitability and piercings . Sarah was so freindly and made me instantly relax with her calm and professional manner . The peircing was effotless and completely pain free. I love it ! Thank you once again x”

“I had the best experience, it felt so special. All the ladies were amazing and so friendly. The best piercing i've ever had and only had it a week and its already not sore and healing so much better than any place i've been to. The jewellery is beautiful and i strongly recommend this place, i have transformed ears!! Sarah done my piercing, she was so lovely and made me feel comfortable and i cant wait to come back!”

“I've ordered a few pieces of jewellery from Laura Bon online,but only recently had the absolute pleasure of going into this gorgeous fun boutique,full of shiny things and happy people! I've got many piercings but this visit was actually fun!The gals from entering the store to leaving were just lovely.* I then returned with my best friend for her to have a piercing as well and maybe I slipped back into Sarah's chair for another..... it was my birthday after all!
