Hi Kate, Thank you for leaving us a 4 star review. Because our jewellery is so dainty, we would recommend all of our customers to get their jewellery fitted by a reputable, experienced piercer. They should be able to help ensure that the jewellery is fitted securely as well as confirming its suitability for your chosen piercing placement. We are also launching a collection of 14k solid gold studs with longer 8mm post lengths early next year which may be more suitable for your piercings. “For being shipped to the US it was very fast, which was great! I got a super cute daith hoop but was bummed by how tiny it was. I had a REALLY hard time getting the clasp all the way through my piercing to close and it ended up being really painful because the piercing was too small (& I definitely consider myself to have a normal daith size). Otherwise I love the quality, just wish the piercing was a tiny bit bigger!”

However we're so sorry to hear that you had difficulties fitting a daith hoop your purchased from us. Because daith hoops can be particularly tricky to fit yourself, we would always recommend for our customers to get them fitted by a reputable, experienced piercer if they are having difficulty doing it themselves. A piercer should be able to ensure that the hoop is fitted securely as well as confirming its suitability for the chosen placement. It may also be that an 8mm inner diameter hoop it slightly small for your daith piercing and a 10mm inner diameter hoop may fit more comfortably - a piercer should also be able to confirm this for you :) Thanks again and we hope you are enjoying wearing your hoop. “The earring is lovely, delicate and feels well made with a nice sparkle. However, the down side is the size range, with a 6mm post it restricts where you can wear it as it is actually quite long. I need a 4-5mm post for helix piercings. So a customisable size range would be amazing to suit all shapes and sizes. Thanks”

Hi Paula, Thank you for leaving us a four star review. We're so happy to hear you love the earrings you bought. Cartilage jewellery comes in a variety of sizes to fit everyone's unique ear anatomy. You can't always tell from a model shot whether the earring will fit your piercings in the same way. “The choice of jewellery is great and I love the quality, but unfortunately I can't wear the mini huggie due to the fastening (the bit that fits in the ear flesh) as it's too short. I wish this part was pictured. I have 12 piercings and I can't get it in any.”

“Love my earrings, they are beautiful. However the backs don’t fit securely. I lost one (due to the back falling off) and Laura Bond were very helpful with finding me a replacement but I did have to pay for this. The replacement has been changed so that the bit that goes through your ear is now thicker which is great as the back fits much better but I am still left with one of the earrings which is too loose (and hence I am constantly tightening it back up and checking it’s not fallen off).”
