“I have been looking for pretty earrings with flat backs that do not discolour and although they are expensive I am so pleased with them! They are pretty and dainty and I don’t have to take them out when showering or swimming and, I can sleep with them in as they are the perfect length and the flat backs make them so comfortable! I am already ordering more! Definitely recommend, especially for the earrings that you don’t regularly change.”

“Received my new earring for my tragus piercing only to discover the bar is too short and I am unable to return it. The earring was lovely but now out £50 for something I cannot use ☹️”

Hi Kirstin, Thank you for supporting our family business and taking time to leave a review. I am so sorry to hear that a stud you purchased from us is too short to fit through your tragus piercing. As you are already aware, we cannot accept returns on all of our earrings for hygiene reasons. However, it may be worth taking your stud to a reputable piercer as they may be able to help select an alternative existing or future placement where the stud will fit more comfortably. We are also launching a collection of studs with longer 8mm post lengths at the beginning of next year which may be more suitable for your tragus piercing. “I can’t fault this company. Delivery is always really quick (even if its only 2nd class) and the quality of the items is amazing. However, I do wish that they offered a real diamond option as I sometimes find the crystals go a bit dull over time - but nothing a good clean can’t fix.”

Hi Elisha, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a 5 star review. We are so happy to hear that you love the quality of your new items, this is so important to us. All earrings whether made with diamonds or cubic zirconia crystals will need to be cleaned regularly as dirt and build up from products such as shampoo and conditioner can get trapped between the crystals. We find that using our recommended bicarbonate of soda cleaning method (this can be found on our website under 'looking after your jewellery') always makes the crystals look bright and sparkly again, this also works a treat if the gold has slightly tarnished. On the team we tend to clean our jewellery with this method every 1-2 months to keep them looking sparkly and lustrous. Thanks again and have a lovely day, Team LB x
