"It took us three Motorhomes and a previous caravan to at last find a really professional dealer. Caravan was exactly as described and throughout the buying process Lady Bailey continually updated progress on invoices, extras, CRIS etc\r\nThe handover was the best we have ever had, which was particularly important as we had a 2 year break from touring. "First time purchasing a caravan and decided to look at Lady Bailey, Simon was great and very professional we felt no pushy sales very helpful. \r\nThe van is in great quality and they even gave two days at a local campsite to check things out all was great. We need some advice on a couple off little issues, and when we contacted lady Bailey they have been amazing so helpful and efficient. Not one of these companies that once the sale is done you don\u2019t get any support, totally reassuring. Would 100% recommend Lady Bailey to anyone. thank you Simon. \r\n"

"It was 300 miles to Lady Bailey but well worth the trip from Yorkshire. We were presented with a superbly prepared caravan by Sarah who was a knowledgeable and accommodating member of the sales staff. We had an issue with our trade in caravan but after speaking to Simon the other salesperson there on the day, we quickly reached agreement on a required repair and our deal went through. Everyone at Lady Bailey was approachable and friendly and made us feel valued as customers. Buying on the Internet has potential pitfalls as we all know, but the team there made our experience a very positive one."

“Lady Bailey gave us a good handover. Unfortunately they had fitted the wrong motor mover to our new S5 Cadiz, but to be fair to them they removed it and replaced it with the correct one while we waited. Their PDI was very thorough, the only problem we have found with our van is the front window blinds don't concertina back properly, but that is more Bailey issue. Happy with the service we have received so far and thoroughly recommend them.”

Collected our first ever new Caravan from Lady Bailey in Blandford Dorset on Friday and just wanted to say a massive thank you to Jasper Sarah and Rita you were all so helpful and lovely. “Despite us arriving 1.5 hours late for our pick up appointment, the team were patient and took the time to talk us through the workings of our caravan. The complimentary two night stay at Wareham Forrest was really useful as it helped us familiarise ourselves with how everything worked. Our onetiny problem (with understand modern caravans!!) was easily rectified over the phone and so we're now able to look forward to many years of rather posh caravanning. Thanks to the whole team”
