“I need Kuishi adjustable soap bottle holders as they're spec'd for a commercial renovation for a pickleball facility I'm constructing but the black single and double dispensers are out of stock and I can't find them anywhere. I was able to get the triple bottle holder for the showers but nothing is available that makes sense for the sinks.”

“Perfect! I bought some nice glass hand soap bottles from a high street shop. The glass was lovely but the dispenser pumps were flimsy and the wrong colour.
I refilled the bottles with shampoo, shower gel etc, had some little string tie labels made, and got these pump dispensers from Kuishi. They are excellent quality and work far better than the originals. Hey presto! I now have a very classy looking bathroom shelf.
I’m now eyeing up some of my booze bottles for a similar upgrade when they’re empty!”

“UPDATE: I was asked to revise my 1st review since, according to Kuishi, "the issue has been dealt with and my order has arrived". Very interesting. The order still hasnt arrived. Besides a very friendly customer suppoort who has immediately triggered a 2nd delivery, nothing has happened. so YES, a 10 out of 10 for the lady who took care of a 2nd shipment. But still a 0 out of 10 for the actual overall service, since I still didnt get what I have ordeted. The gigegst surprise to me is hwoever, why Kusihi always believes the order arrived. Where do trhey get this false information from. There seems to bre a disconnect, which makes their service look even more cvhallenging.
