“The service and delivery were excellent, the crutch arrived the next day. It was ordered for my 73yr old Mum, who had had Achilles surgery. The instructional videos for putting it together, set up and use were clear and super helpful. Unfortunately after some practice, Mum wasn't comfortable on it ((A confidence issue, not a product issue), so we took advantage of the 15 days w return policy, which was implemented with zero fuss. A sold product, great service and would def recommend it as an option.”

My son has 6 weeks of post-op non-weight bearing on his left ankle and the iWALK is helping him get around as he is unable to use conventional crutches. “Absolutely life changing. I am post foot surgery so cannot weight bear on that foot. By having the knee crutch I have attended my check up at the hospital and this morning managed to walk my daughter to school. I use the knee crutch totally on its own when I'm at home so I can carry things, then when I go out I do take my arm crutches as well just as extra support. The knee crutch is fine to use without them but I just like the extra reassurance. Would recommend this product to anyone. Thank you so much for making my life easier.”
