""Ordered a £300 car seat which said 2-3 days delivery and a tracking number will be sent. 3 days and no tracking number and it hasn't even been dispatched. This company is disgusting as car seats are a safety item not a toy and are needed. I now understand why they don't have any contact numbers as they would be bombarded with calls from angry customers.

Placed an order for Cot bed advertised 48 hours delivery,through them, later noticed that there were a number of other websites that were selling it cheaper. Sent details to them with the links of websites selling cheaper. ranging from 24 hour delivery - 3 day delivery. Claim for price match was rejected on basis that it wasn't 48 hours delivery. Looks like they are told to reject claims no matter what even if a competitor was providing better service ( in this case 24 hours vs their 48). Though they claimed 48 hour, they did not deliver till day 3, i.e over 60 hours. Not sure how come they are strict on price match, but have loose definitions for their deliver. Shame i didnt read other reviews before buying. Will never buy anything else from kiddicare or worldstores again. If customer care want to really help then the request no is- 1239825.

Never shop with this company!! I have ordered two items from them and have only received one!! After searching for a number that actually works and numerous emails I have heard nothing!! Very upset and will never be shopping with them again! If I hear nothing back I will be taking this to my local paper!!

Placed an order for a cot with bedding & mattress, sent it all seperate and part of my order was missing. After countless emails taking days to respond 4wks after the original order was placed i still had no cot bedding, i was told it had gone missing in transit but coincidently was no longer available, told them to refund my money, they advised this cud take up to 3-7 days. After 7 days still no refund, another email and 2/3 days later a response telling me it had not been processed so had to wait another 3-7 days, luckily i always pay via paypal so contacted them through a pay dispute, funnily the money was refunded straight away within minutes of raising the dispute. Stay away from this site if i could have i would have given zero marks!

There is no way I can contact them about a delivery problem as their form only allows pre-coded questions which do not address my issue. They don't offer an email address or telephone number.

Absolutely unbelievably shocking, faceless outfit for customer service. Contact number is extremely difficult to obtain and nobody answers when making a call. Emailing also proves uneventful and goes somewhere into an abyss. Please, please whatever you are considering purchasing for you baby I strongly advise DO NOT buy from KIDDICARE.

COMPLETE NIGHTMARE WITH DELIVERY AND WHEN FINALLY MANAGED TO FIND A NUMBER I WAS KEPT ON HOLD FOR 30MINUTES EXACTLY(RECORDED MESSAGE SAYING "PLEASE HOLD YOUR CALL IS IMPORTANT TO US")AND THEN DISCONNECTED EMAILED THE COMPANY MANY TIMES TO COMPLAIN -THEY ARE VERY UNHELPFUL AND RUDE WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

Kiddicare you need to learn a thing or two about business in general. Your customer service is below zero. It's appalling that you don't even have a number which a customer could call. The ickle bubba I bought 3 months ago failed to close, I have contacted you via email and only got a response after 10 days!! I had to wait another week for the stroller to be picked up as the courier was first sent to the wrong address and a month on I still don't know what's happening to stroller. I called Ickle Bubba directly and they too seem shocked at the fact that they can't get hold of you! Buyers - I would highly discourage you from buying anything from this company because if you are unlucky enough that your item fail to work you will not be able to find a solution! Absolutely shocking that I have been left with no stroller and I have no idea of where it is!

KIddicare don't provide customer service, which is the problem! We emailed them a month ago because the brake on our UppaBaby Vista broke (after just 8 months) and they still haven't done anything to rectify the problem. There is no telephone number, the staff are unhelpful and inconsistent (when they eventually reply, two weeks after submitting the enquiry). I imagine the business is in trouble so I would advise potential customers to go to John Lewis instead, save yourself a lot of hassle.

Worst service ever. Just look at the reviews. Order a bed for delivery, recieved a text when due that it will be delayed until the 18th. Spoke to dunelm who own kiddo are who said it won't be here on the 18th. Tried to cancel the order, have emailed, filled in form and contacted on social media, absolutely no reply. Calling credit card company to get it refunded. Never known a company like it.

Terrible company please avoid!!! I am very disappointed with the service from Kiddicare. I have received a damage product from them. I have filled out various forms and sent emails but have only as yet received automated responses stating that this could take 3 days as they are very busy at the moment. There are multiple different email addresses given on their website that makes it confusing- hello@kiddicare.com, broken@kiddicare.com (although my email didn't get sent to this as apparently this is only for kiddicare staff). There are multiple links on their website that seem redundant or have numbers that no longer work (e.g. 0345 164 7000 for faulty products). I am appalled that there is no way of speaking to an advisor on the telephone to resolve this. This is very poor customer service and I was expecting much better. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this company. Amazon has never let me down and will not stray again!!!!!

Wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered from Kiddicare. Ordered 2 bedding items in May 2017. Heard nothing for 6 weeks. Sent email, ignored. Sent second email, ignored. There is no phone number to speak to anyone. Now 8 weeks after ordering. I contacted our credit card company who confirmed money taken by kiddicare. Started refund process through credit card company and 2 days later i get an email saying items will be delivered in 2 days-surprise surprise they were! Please dont buy from this company. I like getting a bargain but it's just not worth the stress.

Ordered next day delivery - a car seat and kids towel to take on a holiday. 5 days later, they are not here. Looked on website to make a quick call, nothing. Emailed and 72 HOURS to wait, when its urgent. This morning the towel turned up.... we need the car seat and nothing. They state an email regarding dispatch would come, we didn't get that. Worst worst customer service. DO NOT USE. For some reason I thought I had used them in the past, yet it wasn't, and ordered without checking here. Cant believe you cant just call to check if the order was correct etc.

I would give no stars if there was the option.Terrible service...I ordered next day delivery,they contact me after 2 weeks to say the items are not available anymore.Got a refund,but didn't get the money back for so called "delivery"(given that they didn't even send the item).Anyway,I wouldn't recommend to anyone buying from them.

Paid for next day delivery. No delivery 5 days later. Have had no contact to confirm order, as stated at point of purchase. No phone number on website. Email response states that emails will be replied to after 72 hours. Not good enough! Stay well clear of this company.

DO NOT CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER (FOUND ON GOOGLE). The line still works and says your call is in a queue and will be answered but they do not have a customer phone line. We wasted over £20 waiting for a call that would never be answered.

Useless. Placed order but got no tracking information so followed up. They said they'd look into it but no response. I had to chase again only to be told item was no longer in stock. Such a waste of time and missed buying same product at the same price from a more reputable source. Would not recommend or use again.
