The team at Jonic went above and beyond to get my product to me before my holiday despite only booking standard delivery. I contacted them to see if there was any possibility of getting my order completed before it was due and this they were able to do despite being very busy preparing for the Birmingham caravan exhibition. “Ordered a mattress for Eldridge 150 bad mattress delivered in was open at top not sealed so arrived very dirty. Packages should be sealed. Not impressed. Would not order again”

“My mattress was a bit hard and uncomfortable, so I ordered a mattress topper as we were going away for a month and I needed to be able to sleep properly. Unfortunately when it came it was a bit too short. Jonic agreed that they would replace it without hesitation, but would not be able to do so before we went away. So they said that if I could manage on the topper for the month, they would replace it as soon as we returned. This they have done and also paid for the return of the old topper. Now that is what I call great after sales service! I can't fault them at all.
Emails were answered promptly and courteously, sometimes within minutes.
I also have duvets and covers from Jonic and although we had several nights when it was cold we did not have to resort to using the heating as the duvets were toasty warm.
I would recommend Jonic to anyone. Their products are first class.”

“Ordered a grey sheet for motorhome. Was sent a pale lavender looking sheet. Phoned to complain. Informed incorrect sheet sent. Correct sheet would be sent ASAP. To pay postage and return other sheet. And postage would be reimbursed. Still waiting.. where is postage? Fault was Joinc. Not mine”
