“The phone - works as you would expext. HOWEVER - the email help is non responsive. I've sent 2 email requests for a VAT invoice or even a recipte for our accounts but not had a response. So 4 out of 5 rather than 5 out 5”

“I bought the phone as I'd recently moved to farm and needed something tougher. I also wanted a detox from my smartphone without losing WhatsApp. This phone is great on both accounts. It handles the knocks without an issue and keeps me connected enough to get by. The keypad takes a bit of getting used to, but I should have expected that.”

“Poor battery life. Freezes lots. Often doesn't ring just sends me a missed call message instead. Poor connection speed for viewing calving cameras. Good alarm clock and durable. Way overpriced.”
