“Very easy to do business with by email, good communications and response times. The facility to arrange a maintenance visit to attempt to resolve a problem with an old door on the basis that if repair is not possible there will be no charge if moving to buy a new door makes decision making much easier. Excellent on-site service with highly knowledgeable technical staff. In my case a repair was easily effected and a fully operational door was the result at a very reasonable cost.”
“I was recommended JB Garage Doors by a friend. From the initial telephone call to book an appointment to the fitting of the new door was very efficuent. All the staff I dealt with were professional and friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending them.”
“JB Garage Doors were recommended to me by a trusted friend. I have been very impressed with their professional and friendly approach throughout the ordering and installation processes. “A very good and efficient Company. Even though they had to make a second visit this was done to my schedule without any fuss or inconvenience.
Altogether a good experience and at a reasonable cost.”
“What a great company. We ordered a non standard size. The dimensions were checked twice prior to build. Great attention to detail and installing went well and it fits beautifully and the job took a full days work. The motorised mechanism works really well and is silent. Two blippers supplied and instructions given. I would thoroughly recommend this company who provide skilled fitters and a great service. We are very happy with our new garage door.”
“I had a double size roller shutter door installed 25years ago by JB Garage Doors. Faultless but I thought we would give it an upgrade. New motor installed and new remotes. I a looking forward to another 25 y i of hassle free doors.”
“I am very please with the work undertaken to install a Personal Door, which allows access from the Garage direct into the Garden.
