“Don’t use. I’ve ordered shampoo which after over 2 months still hadn’t arrived. No answers to my emails or calls. Cancelled the order and originally they didn’t want to reimburse me. But eventually did. Not sure if they have stock of what’s on the website.”

“On the 16/09 I ordered a 1000ml conditioner from them.
4 days later I received the parcel and there was a 300ml.
I reached out to them to let them know of the mistake and Jagjeet gave me the choice of a partial refund (the equivalent of 2 x 300ml bottles) or for them to send 2 x 300ml.
I sent them my choice (the two bottles) and heard nothing. I chased them for a tracking number and the response from Joseph was they would notify me when the bottles were shipped. A fortnight later and nothing so I chased them and have been ignored. I gave them one last chance on 7/10 to reply and still haven’t heard from them.”

The items arrived after I had to pay £25 custom charges ! Would have been much cheaper to buy local.”

Apart from an immediate (automatic?) acknowledgement of my order, I have heard nothing from this company since, in spite of e-mailing them a few weeks later enquiring about the whereabouts of my order. There was no reply to this enquiry.
One star is the lowest I can find on this scale - I would give a zero if I could do that.”

In same email also offered a refund & I requested it. Sent 2 emails & to this day 14/08/24 no update on refund or the order! Very disappointed!!”
