“Why would I want to write a review? Every contact with even the most insignificant company these days is followed up by some kind of 'how did we do' questionnaire. Stop wasting other people's time and do some proper quality control ans staff appraisal. I'm sure I'm not alone in feeling this way so will you publish this review?”
