“I found my email requesting info was quite unhelpful . The products ( 2 oils) arrived in bottles where the labels were creased on the bottles and not even stuck in straight . Disappointed .”

“The oils are good- not an issue there, but the delivery was quite slow. Using Evri is always a risk. If would put me off buying again because of the delivery speed.”

“I was disappointed with my purchase as I ordered 500 ml of the Olive Squalene, and it came in a large, see-through plastic container. The advert showed an appropriately sized darkened glass bottle. When I contacted the company, they said, 'This is not an error. Due to the density of this product, it has been decanted into larger packaging to ensure you receive the full product weight for the volume you have ordered. We are continuously looking for ways to improve our service to our customers, and based on your feedback, we will review our packaging options.' While I appreciate that they are ensuring I receive the full product weight, I would have made a more informed purchase if I had read it in the advert. I now have oil in too large a container exposed to light, and it came in a ginormous cardboard box. I try to minimise my impact on the environment. I don't think this helps. I will most likely return to another brand to receive the size I can fit in my bathroom cupboard.”

“Inky ingredients refined Shea oil is different from any I have previously bought. It's much thicker and somehow waxier. I don't know why. I've asked for an explanation but haven't got to the bottom of it yet. Also it is labeled 'Origin Sweden' which is unlikely!”
