“The oils are good- not an issue there, but the delivery was quite slow. Using Evri is always a risk. If would put me off buying again because of the delivery speed.”

“I have lived and worked in the Amazon so I know the potency of ingredients like aguaje oil and andiroba as I have used them. I also know how much they actually cost, rather than what western cosmetics companies charge for them when they put them into expensive face creams. So not only did I appreciate Inky’s smooth and rapid service, I appreciate their appropriate pricing and transparency around lab reports and so on. Will definitely continue to be a customer. “I only started my journey in organic skincare very recently and Inky Ingredients has been allocated a special file folder - I love the wide variety of oils and all the information about each oil. It is a great help. It is also super well priced for the quality of the ingredients.”

“Tamanu oil: smells like curry house carpet but definitely helps to heal skin. I get blisters, linked to rosacea, on my face and this stuff soothes and repairs the sore areas.”

“I haven’t used the oils yet so I cannot say anything about them yet. I made a mistake in my quantities ordered. I wanted x2 50ml of three different oils. I somehow ordered: x2 50ml of oil 1 x3 50ml of oil 2 x1 50ml of oil 3 (most wanted!) Buying x3 50ml oils was more expensive than buying a larger bottle of one oil. It was down to my error so I didn’t contact the company.”

“I paid for delivery and when royal mail attempted to delivery the parcel, they said the delivery charges had not been paid and refused to deliver it. I have contacted INKY twice and have not heard back”

“Good product so far. I did notice though the Shea oil is not clear, it is translucent which was unexpected for a fractionated oil. Becomes clear when warmed in hot water. I love the properties of shea but I don’t enjoy the smoky smell. This doesn’t have a strong smell at all, it has a pleasant, mildly nutty aroma. I would have preferred a dark clear bottle instead of opaque but overall, I like this product.”
