“Wow, credit where credit is due! I ordered wax for my business from INKY and was a little unsure as I usually buy from the same couple of suppliers that I know and trust. The price was fantastic, ordering process was easy and dispatch and delivery was very quick. The wax comes in an amazing metal bucket that is sealed and so easy to store and beautifully presented. I’m used to it arriving an a plastic bag inside a box! This will definitely be my new go to supplier for wax, amazing thank you. Highly recommend.”

“Unhappy with product. Received a defensive phone call about product. Despite several letters/email - no reply. No refund offered, the person was sticking to 'its up to them to give refund'. I returned the product to Inky Ingredients paying postage myself. Horrible customer 'authoritarian' returns and refunds service. I am still battling for my refund. Can anyone help me?”

“This is the first time I've used Inky ingredients. I found the ordering and delivery efficient and the products received are great. I also love the look of the packaging and there are seals on the bags which is great to keep the product sealed between uses.”

“I have sent 2 emails after receiving an 11.5kg foaming bath base that was not as it should have been and recieved no reply. I had orders that needed to be sent and had to pay for another soap base from another company for next day delivery in order to be able to make my stock in time. The soap base was grainy, sticky and a different appearance to any I have used before and I simply could not use it. I understand that things happen but am quite disappointed with not having a reply.”

“The Batana Oil from INKYIngredients is a bright orange colour which looks and smells like my Red Palm Oil that I use for cooking. The Batana Oil I usually buy is brown in colour with a lovely coffee nut fragrance, I also bought the INKYIngredients Amla Oil which is nice.”
