“Horrible experience buying from this shop! I bought some headphones which came already broken which I then sent back immediately on first class shipping. Nearly a month later, I am still being told that my package supposedly hasn’t been received and my refund hasn’t been issued. The customer service has also been extremely unpleasant and even threatening!
