“I had the pleasure of dealing with Charlie Hoyle. He arrived at my property ahead of the arranged time. He was punctual, polite, presentable and informative giving Ignite Gas Yorkshire a respectable image. The property was not in a state for the work to be carried out immediately, however Mr Hoyle worked quickly to overcome this issue and completed the requested work in good time. I'll be sure to use Ignite Gas Yorkshire in the future. Thankyou for your service.”

“Fantastic bathroom refurb job from Jon and his team. I found Jon to be super responsiveand very dependable. He also gave me some great advice on how I could fit things out to be easy to fix in the future, if anything went wrong. I am extremely happy with the service from Ignite, and Jon and his team were a pleasure to work with. Rob, Leeds”

“Good experience - was a big job over three days, the engineers were always prompt, courteous and worked hard to keep on schedule. They even put up with my daft questions - it was a job well done”

“Ignite were able to fit in a service quickly around my diary. The engineer came on time, was polite, pleasant and obviously knew his job. I had a couple of questions and they were answered fully. I have been very impressed by the company, from the staff who deal with the telephone call and billing to the engineers who come out.”

“My company use Ignite Gas Care for the gas related work in the properties we manage, so when requiring a new boiler in my own home I didn't hesitate to contact them. From Jon calling round and promptly providing a quote, to the job being booked in within the time frames I needed, to the fitting itself, the customer service was excellent. Special mention also to Charlie, for working tirelessly to get our boiler fitted inside a kitchen cupboard (which I know was a bit problematic on the day!) but he worked professionally to get the job done and we are very pleased with the result. Thanks Ignite!”

“I have worked closely with Ignite Gas Care LTD for a number of years now. I find them highly professional and a company I cannot recommend enough. Whether you want a boiler service carrying out or a full installation, the service doesn't fall short of expectation. In fact I would say it exceeds expectation. Always on hand to go that extra mile for a customer in an emergency and attention to detail is exceptional. Personally, I would struggle to find another company to match Ignite Gas Care LTD.”

“Charlie from Ignite Gas worked tirelessly and professionally to identify the root of the problem with our heating system. He was able to rectify the issues and did not leave our property until he felt sure the problem would not return. Very courteous and polite member of the Ignite Gas Company - top marks all round. - Mr T McCreedy”
